I just draw a circle (doesn't have to be perfect), outlined in white, then add some blurry white and blue shines to it.

(Dan is aquaphobic - while he'll take a bath or something without any problems, he's never trusted the sea since one time years ago when he was a leveret. He was going for a paddle, and a big freak wave came up and knocked him clean over!)

I think that is a green blowfish...after swallowing a ton of water it enlarges by about 4 times, like a balloon.
Looked it up on wikipedia, not all of them are toxic but, they still hurt.
