My next project must be historical fiction, so here are some character sketches/ideas that I'll be incorporating in it. My next project which will have keyframe illustrations and possibly a 2 page textless mini comic. The story and context is based loosely off of the Dutch famine of 1944 - "Hongerwinter" ... during when the Nazi government occupied the Netherlands and food supplies were cut drastically short through a majority of the country.

(I'm re-using my character guy from the windmill illustration... I like the idea of reusing original characters from single illustrations to make use of them for stories/ect)
