He kissed, sakura, then their babies

Sakura: Sashi and Suitopi but call her Topi?

**At Konoha Hospital: North Wing**

Naruto, Kiseki and Minato are in the waiting room, when Tsunade comes out

Naruto: How is she??

Tsunade: She's recovering greatly but their was a difficult with the surgery

Just then Kakashi, Iruka, Shomei, Yamato, and Anko walk into the waiting room,

Kakashi: Lady hokage is here

Shomei: How is Kiseki's mommy??

Tsunade rubbed Shomei's head: She's getting better, you run along the adults have to talk

Iruka: take Minato and Kiseki with you to the day care room

The Kids leave and Tsunade continues

Choji: yea, I brought her some flowers

Shizune: Lady Tsunade, should be coming in for a check up in a few

Choji walks into Ino's room and sees her sleeping, he walks up and kiss her on the lips, I love you honey
