The architecture is quite simple. The buildings seem to have the same height in most cases.

I would decide to draw it like a Matte Painting or work with 3D Programs.

This one has a nice look but it is neither a comic drawing (It might only be one of many images within a comic) nor an image wich could be used in an animation.

My suggestion would be to do it with a less huge file to get more practice on how things could look like.

I dont really like 3D progs tho, since i see myself more as a "painter" XDD and i actually dont intend to use this drawing as a comic panel or something... its just something like a "conception work" to get a feeling of the mood of the city it will play in!
Your critics are very appreciated, its rare that people actually take the time to say what they really think! Thanks!

You can see a WIP in my scraps I didnt draw the lines per hand, i actually used an image of a circuit board and tried different blending modes

sorry i said lines where i meant windows XDDD
like i said, its an image of a circuit board, i think it was the backside of a mainboard...it has many little spots.
So i just pasted it in, and skewed and transformed it around until it covered a building and then tried different blending modes XDD it was still an aweful lot of work

I don't know much about digital art, but I can tell you that I think the colors are great. Views of cities are amazing to me, and you've captured it really well. I love all of the lights - almost looks like a light show. There's a lot going on, but you've done it in a way so that it doesn't look cluttered. Good job!
