Coloured pencils. My OC Philippines with her Hero, America!She loves him beyond anything that she forgets important stuff like her budget. She's capable and strong but becomes a damsel in distress when her America is around.
I was actually thinking of making her similar to Belarus, except America is oblivious, he doesn't even notice.

Naah, she's too Catholic(?) to say that. She wants to get proposed by Alfred himself so all she does is stalk him.
Besides, America can't read the atmosphere and Philippines gives very, very subtle hints that Al can't pick 'em up.
