SOBS MADLY
I love how you twisted this whole story completely around. And how you are relating the actual existence of your characters with the fact that once AATR for you is over, you probably won't be developing them any further. This is a fantastic way to canonically give them a tip of the hat, and you've drawn this story so beautifully. I really love how you drew the hair-binding and finalized the 'editing a character out'.

And I didn't know epic Minna is something I needed to see, but now I have. You go girl haha.

right reaction achieved *sobs too*

Yep. Storm and Fin don’t have a proper story of their own. They and the world they live in would need a major re-design.  I was really glad that I got to use them here where their distinct personalities could shine the brightest. I really love all the characters in my AatR team. ;-;

This page-set was full of experimental things. I’m glad it worked ok in the end.

I’m still a jumpy wimp, but I’d like to keep the control of my own head thank you very much. XD

SOB TOGETHER

You should love them to pieces because they're all beautiful and precious haha.

Yeah the mind needs to be controlled very carefully hahaha. (especially when crazy characters are involved *coughs*)

Hooooooly cow. D8 I DID NOT SEE THIS COMING. So your self-insert character was the REAL villain all along! (No pun intended, haha.) And oh my goodness noooo don't let them die they are cool peeeeps

Hehehe! Glad I was able to hide the plot twist then. There are several hints throughout the comic, but I tried to make them subtle, so that people would not notice them right away.

They are. You can thank Siltae for this plot point. I was going to scrap this plot twist at first for being too sad (even though I kinda liked it), but Siltae said to keep it, so I did.

Thank youuu~! ;v;

Yes, you did an excellent job, I did not even see it coming! But it's the good kind of plot twist that makes sense looking back, not the poor thrown-in-for-the-shock-value plot twist like Hans in Frozen.

No they aren't dead they are just changed into newer versions, don't you speak these terrible lies to me. 8I But it does work out really well, honestly, and I was mollified by the ending where they aren't actually 'dead'. It tied in well to the overall ending.

Welcooooome!

Glad you think so! ;v;

Most of the story was made up as I go, but I tried to make sure it makes sense. Plus I had planned the twist with goddess all the way from the audition, so I had plenty of time to give hints to that direction.

Movie plots are even harder to pull off well with the time and money limitations. Comicing is much cheaper and with no space limits it leaves more room for tweaking.

I'll see if I can find a way to use these characters again. Murmeli is at the moment the first candidate of getting a story of his own. He is way too fun to write just to leave in the dust.

; A; Is this going to be a Tragic ending? I don't want Fin/storm to disappear.

It's a little bit tragic ending, but if you read the next page, it evens it out a little.

The problem is while I really love Fin and Storm as characters they don't have a fully formed story they can return to. With Kohtalotar removed out of the picture, there's no other story elements left to explore. Also I doubt the characters can fully return to their normal selves after spending so much time in the Real. They have become too real to stay just as characters.

On the other hand a character is more than a sum of their appearance and abilities. Their identities, thoughts and relationships with others are just as important important when defining them too.

I doubt they will never truly vanish. They have been part of me for too long. ;v;
