Yay, I've finally found the time to finish it!
It's Conquering Storm from the latest Archie comics. She has such an itneresting design I had to draw her! (And =howlzapper kinda requested it after I said I wanted to draw her badly, so... xD)
The pose looks kinda weird, but okay... I've had worse. : D
Simply yet effective coloring. Same goes for the background. Heck, it took longer than I thought to find the actual meaning for "conquering storm" in chinese letters. Hope I did it correctly... but most people around here can't read chinese, so I hope it's fine anyway. And: I really tried. ovo;
Hmm... I'm thinking on sending the non-bg picture to the comics. Maybe it's getting printed there, heh.

Err... good question. I seriously forgot. Maybe it's something in between japanese and chinese? *slapped*
I really tried to translate it into both languages, but somehow there wasn't any fitting translation, so I think I came up with something I put together. No matter what's standing there, it's probably not correct and just has decorative means.

Oh, I know you didn't design her. You did mention that she is an Archie character in your artist's comments section. I could never get a character to look anywhere close as good as their design (in my opinion anyway). I just think you did a great job. If the artwork is still at the level it was when I stopped reading, then I also know you've done a better job with her than any of the Archie artists that have drawn her in the comic.
