For ^_^Okay, this is weird, I know. (And it's also full of mistakes...
) I had started doodling some random guy in a coat, and then I turned him into =KyraShangea 's character, Austin. 
Btw this took me about a week (a few minutes per day) and I used a mechanical pencil. I was also looking at several anime pictures in order to do the folds and shadows properly, but I didn't use references.
Anyway, I hope you like it.

how do you scan your things? coz whenever i scan mine it turns out like crap...

It doesn't matter how you scan it. Just open the scanned image with any photo editing program, and play with the gamma and contrast settings until you like what you get.
