Quick doodle, just testing something. (Coloured pencil! OMG! YAY!
)Haha. I really screwed up the anatomy here. But I'd like to hear your opinion about it, so I'm submitting. I'll scrap it later.
This is my old wolf-dog character, Ombre. She's 3/4 dog and 1/4 wolf.

you're welcome, but I must admit that my friend Katey says that the only way she got better was criticizing her drawings...Hell knows why, but she said, "If I keep saying they're bad, I'll make myself better because I keep improving it until I like it."

Yeah, I criticize my drawings too, because I don't wanna stop drawing either. My parents think I'mn retarded and that i'm GOOD, but I don't think so, I mean especially compared to some people on here. BTW, my birthday was on April 17th.

I think the anatomy is very good; she looks a lot like one of my dogs. I like how you colored around her eyes and distributed the brown in her fur.

Looks fine to me
I like the color here. I've never really been able to do that kind of effect before so I only color when I've drawn something with clean, simple lines.

Looks kinda vulpine.
I'd say when going for a more wolf-dog look, don't make the tail so straight. Only pure wolves have straight tails. And try to smooth the fur-texture a little bit. Otherwise, it actually looks like a pretty convincing mix. Dogs' paws are a little bit bigger, anyway.

Neh! Don't worry about it. After all, it said "Advanced Critique" at the bottom, so I let loose. Not that I can draw the perfect canine figure, either.

i think (know that i am not experienced at drawing dogs) the body is a little on the short side, the neck is a little bit to long and that's all i see to it!

I can see how you thought you screwed up the anatomy- the body looks a little short for the legs. But if you shifted perspective a bit to the left and put less emphasis on the tail, then the picture would look great!
