Looking great.
Though looking at it I can only think there's not nearly enough smudging around xD

Playfull Rarity is great <3. I also really like the "sketchiness", even if it's not something really planned ^^'.

Hehe it's actually kinda nice tbh -- there's something oddly relaxing in just going 'okay this is what my work looks like when it's half finished, just post it anyways.'  Besides, the more I do art streams, the more comfortable I become with people seeing all of the range of the work, good, bad, or indifferent.

I won't lie, it's pretty flattering that people like my super sketchy doodles as well as the finished stuff!

Haha, I usually like sketchiness aspect of some drawings. The roughness really change the feeling of a drawing, it convey more raw emotions, I think.

There's definitely something to that -- many times I've lost the 'energy' of a piece, when transitioning from the sketch to the final.

I can see why ^^. More polished drawing is good to convey subtle and perhaps more refined emotion ; sketchiness allow more rough, unpolished emotion to be transmit. It really depend on what you want to achieve with your drawing, I think. Both can leave really lasting impression, but in really different ways.
