I think most of these speak for themselves... I know it was kind of cheating to have both Near and Mello serve as Chaotic Good, but in all honesty I see them both as Chaotic Good. Mello fits a BIT better, and I like him more than I like Near, but I couldn't leave out such an important character. Besides, "Near Cheats." And I really liked the idea of all the shinigami being the neutrals.Related content

Why is Misa chaotic evil? and wouldn't Light be Lawful Evil?

I have Light as Neutral Evil because he's more flexible than Mikami; Mikami is extremely orderly and methodical in his killings, even going so far as doing the same number each day. Light occasionally gets quite passionate about what he's doing. He's willing to kill FBI officers even though they're not his intended victims, and he gets really really really pissed at "Lind L Taylor." Misa is Chaotic Evil because she is much more erratic than Light, especially when she is first introduced. Even when they work out, her plans are generally much sloppier than anyone else's.

Pretty good. But I think that Yotsuba guy would've worked better for Chaotic evil. And maybe Near should be Lawful nuetral. Then move Misa to nuetral evil (she only cared about what she wanted, which was Light) and move Light to lawful evil and then it's perfect.
