This page took a while mostly bc I couldn't find the references that I wanted for a long time and I changed the bottom two panels at the last minute. screentones ended up being a big help bc they had the exact pattern I needed for Thane in the bottom middle panel. Funny thing, my copy of Mass Effect 3 stopped working on Origin and I had to delete a lib file so the game would work again. It's true you do have to break origin to get it to work first. The next page will end the flashback. I'll be glad to get back to normal colors soon

I like the way you illustrated the "toll" his Kepral's Syndrome is taking on him in the second-to-last panel. Kinda has a... "dreamscape" feel to it, I can just imagine the lines wavering to signify his disorientation due to lack of oxygen in his system. If he could still do as much as he did WITH Kepral's Syndrome as far-advanced as it had been beyond his life expectancy, imagine what he could've done WITHOUT it. Probably could've retaken Earth, or maybe just London (if not one of the front lines), all on his own. As long as he had enough ammo and stamina for his biotics of course. Thane living through the Reaper Invasion and retaking Earth even WITH Kepral's Syndrome would've been something for the history books. Right next to the entry of how foolish the Council was for brushing off Shepard's warnings when it came back to bite them in the ass after the whole Saren fiasco.

I actually got the idea for Thane's screentone from Sailor Moon, bc originally Thane was going to cough a lot but I didn't like how the page looked so I changed it to him getting dizzy like Thane said in the messages from the Citadel DLC
