Vision (4 stars): The colours blend very easy and match great. The cutouts look absolutely fantastic. They're very clean and neat. I also love the positioning. However, while the streaks are gorgeous, I believe the stray too much *on the cat* and really should go *around the cat*. I believe that would make it look better, but that's about it.
Originality (4 1/2 stars): The cats and fish are very odd subjects to use as manips, but they work. The only thing that would keep you from five would be space since space and stars are another common subject.
Technique (4 stars): The cutouts are clean, the colours blend finely, and the positioning of the subjects are fantastic. The only thing I could complain about is the fact that the rock looks like it's sticking up at a weird angle. It sort of messes my view of the image since I keep feeling like the cats are going to fall backwards into space.
Impact (4 1/2 stars): This image definitely brings out the "fantasy/sci-fi side" of me and does make me smile. If you were going for a happy, cute picture, you definitely captured it here.
Overall? Great job! This has a lot personality. I'd say this is one of your best!
