Each other of common ground.

Scarring the flesh
Into a paradise surrender.
With parting words in the air,
I never expected to see it again.
The instant bond of friendship
Via the life-stealing internet.
Did both of us pull hope
To inspire the coming events?

Devouring the souls
To conform them into one.
Boundless words sparking,
Igniting the friendship further.
Connections as this, few and far,
Reach inside the blackened pit
Of where my heart lay hidden.
You renewed in me a dream.
A dream thought burned away.

Embedded in memories
Leading us blindly.
Where shall we end up?
