Isolation and solitude become my comfort, darkness surrounds me,
In a black void of nothing, black is all I see,
For pain is all that I feel,
When loneliness and sorrow become real.

My heart is but a beat short from natural rhythm, a toneless symphony of broken tune,
So shallow and gloom, it's not what it once was, it changed,
The pieces rearranged.

Tell me, is it wrong to cry?
Not caring if I live or die?
In a world filled with lies,
In a place of pain and hatred?

Even when the rain mixes with my tears,
I am but to wonder, with endless thoughts I ponder,
Would I be missed?
Or will my face become a blank image as I fall farther and farther into the cold abyss?
