Maybe because I was watching Moulin Rouge and Densha Otoko, she, in my humble opinion, resembles a bit the main characters XDThat's my first try at a3 paper ><
Truthfully, I'm not satisfied at all anatomy-wise, but then I simply flipped her, and all the right points were suddenly accentuated, while the flaws less visible (miracle?) that still doesn't change the fact that I have to practice more, much more ><

The first thing I did was angle myself better to admire the piece... the anatomy is quite good... I like it.
The coloring technique fits the idea as well as the colors you used and I agree with your humble opinion... she does look like both characters.
