She can attack with her rings.

Ring fires rings what act like boomerangs, like her Classic counterpart, RingMan (yes, she is genderbent).
Also, reason why Iris.EXE doesn't look like Navi is because most of the game she's in a CopyBot, what allows Navis to move in the real world. That's why she looks like that, to make other think she's human.
