Helen wanted to join the IAWF, which her parents, who are friends of Elsa, are longtime sponsors of. Over time, she came to accept that perhaps it wouldn't really be for her, but that didn't stop her from having her own "stage persona" of sorts known as "Red Shoes Girl", a name inspired by the Red Shoes story from her homeland Denmark. Her gimmick is that she's never seen without a beautiful pair of red shoes. She's now 20 years old, and she goes to as many IAWF matches as she possibly can, either with her parents or representing their company for them, and she never lets anybody forget what a big deal she is. Her boastfulness and habitual lack of awareness is her comical downfall most of the time, as many of her public appearances have made her the unwilling recipient of expansion, transformation, or some other odd situation, accidentally or on purpose, much to her embarrassment. She never lets it get her down for long, as she is always sure to make another appearance soon after and continue showing off her status.
