Description Birthday present for I'm not that into Pokemon but the characters do look good.
As much as I love cel-shading, my true love is with soft shading <3
Even if my soft shading is pretty much just celshading + blur OTL

I haven't drawn a hat on a character for like forever and this was really fun to draw. The shine on the pokeball and wrist thing was heaps fun as well : D

Actually, it's not all that unusual to see a girl at age 10 already maturing (strange eh) and all pokemon trainers start at age 10 (if you think about Haruka/May, she's freaking gigantic for a 10 year old O.o)

Very nicely done, though she does look a little older in this picture, perhaps 14? Most likely because of the way you drew the eyes. They're smaller and more spaced apart, then what I've normally seen them drawn for her. Splendid job, keep it up
