Land-walking sharks...

as though that wasn't bad enough, land-walking sharks that can form ice armor and blow themselves up to barf ice chunks at your face and bodyslam you into oblivion.

Zamtrios is a monster that is pure B-Movie creature feature in monhun form. He combines the best elements of monsters like Bruce(Jaws), The Blob and something hiding in the back of Harreyhausen's model collection. That he gives your cat a spacesuit is the cherry on top of the whole thing.

Personally, I prefer to face him whilst he's inflated. He's a bit easier to hit and it actually makes for a challenge to mount correctly.

You have to admit that he is one of the few multi-layered monsters in MH4U: you have the normal (above), then you have the ice armor, and finally (as the Game Grumps put it) the giant ball sack version. I honestly wish there were more toad monsters besides Zamtrios and Testucabra.
