Drawing Wim Hof with graphite on paper. Commission for Cory.

Dutch extreme athlete known as "The Iceman" for his ability to withstand extreme cold, which he attributes to his Wim Hof Method breathing techniques based on Tibetan Tummo meditation but without its religious components.Hof claims that his Tibetan-based breathing method can help with or help alleviate symptoms.

Nicely done! and I do like this chap Saw all I could find on the guy and, however quirky he may be, he's on to something that seems to work for him, plus the breathing technique is easy to learn and I have dabbled with it myself here n there, it actually worked. (as in I could stay uner water for 50percent longer after the first tries). anyway, captured him nicely here

Thank you! I agree, been trying the breathing technique for a while too. Still not sure what it is, but seems to work in several cases.

Ah well, if you have looked into it some more, it's not rocket science or Wim Hof magic, it's just one of the many many techniques floating out there, used in several disciplines like yoga for example. Breathing is important and we take it for granted all too much until it is too late. Anyway, not going to start a lecture here you seem to be on the way of expanding the mind anyway so, keep on keeping on and keep drawing too.
