A quick mini- tutorial I decided to make for ~FallenAngel180 . Hope this helps! Excuse my crappy handwriting also (it's so hard to write w/ a mouse @_@).

Oh yeah, almost forgot! To submit to groups just do the following:
Click on your deviation (after you've submitted it)
To the right side there'll be a section called Featured in Groups: Click the "Submit to a Group" button
If you don't see the group's name listed under the Select a Group to Submit to:, click "Type a Group name" and type in the name of the group. Then click the check button just to make sure that the group name you typed is the right one.
Click done and...well you're done. :]
