so question...once again lol...how the heck did you make it to where u can see ur face and ur body and yet still have enough darkness to make the light in the background stand out? Ive tried to show my face/clothing with some light hitting it but then that blurs out all my lights dancing around in the background??

Hehe! Hmmm, not too sure, sounds like you're doing it right! I think the fact that it was taken in a narrow corridor helped as the light bounced against the walls and on to me. The room was pitch black so the only light is coming from the torch. It was an LED torch and we tried not to move it too rapidly - not sure if this makes a difference?
This one might have been a lucky one tbh - looking at my other torch pictures the faces/clothing aren't anywhere near as well lit up!
