my character Rose, and my friends character Daisy. ^^ i liked Daisy's design so much that i decided to draw her again with my character

about the picture...i'm not really satisfied with it. i might scrap it. this painting gave me so much trouble. i couldn't get the skin tone right. look at daisy's face. its WHITE. stupid scanner and paints *grumbles* secondly, Rose's dress. *kills herself* egh, i couldn't get the colors right and they would either bleed all over the place or just sit there and contrast too much with the other colors. AND THEN I SPILLED HALF A BOTTLE OF INK ON HER DRESS. you can't really see it now, i painted over it a bit in acrylics and touched it up in photoshop. yes...and then the white dots....i hate the ones on Rose's dress. and they're too big. and i tried to salt the background like does with her drawings and make a pretty effect. didn't work. wrong type of salt. and then i decided to put glitter on it. BIG MISTAKE >.< partly cause the paint wasn't even dry yet but ughhhh i scraped a lot of it off. and at first, the wings weren't outlined and i liked them that way. but then it got lost in the background so i outlined them. but my biggest peeve is probably that the two girls are blending into the background. its complete chaos >.<;;

Daisy's in a different outfit then the one before, i wanted to design a couple of fairy outfits ^^ i somewhat like rose's though. i liked how part of it is transparent. UNTIL I SPILLED INK ON IT.

but yeah...around 7 hours, with ink, watercolors and acrylics. and glitter. oh god the glitter.
