Firstly I need to choose a sketch for avatar base. Then find people who gonna help me with making items. Also need an account for group points, I don't see any option here.

Are you able to reply for the messages with lottery shots? I mean give gifts for winners but also say "Try next time" to people who did't win. 1 shot gonna be cheap, so you may get a lot of work, I need someone who is active enough to reply fast enough, that's need be checked as usually as possible and you have to give me an oath, that you don't touch points without my permission. Points gonna be used to lottery/treasure map/contest prizes. If you leave group, you gonna get a small gift, just like clothes/base/adopt/points ect.
Do you want to join me with replies/prize making/map making/gift packing (hide prizes under numbers from x to y or put squares on map and give each one a gift) or maybe avatar pieces making (creating original design or make existing design to avatar piece (may use ideas from real fashion houses but credit the site/artist) remember every outfit piece like leggins or tunic or shoes should fit to the avatar and be separated from each other, usable with other tops/bottoms.

Map don't really have to be a map. it may be background picture without characters, background of the places in our world - workplace, garden, cafe, beauty salon... ya know.
I hope I start working on avatar base when I decide which one we should take, but it may takes time. Now we may run a Treasure map with 3-5pts shoot price, I have 21 medium/small ready gifts and 130 points to hide. When you make an account I add to shash prizes, map and places of gifts. We collect points, not $ so we add donation poll as pay place.
