This character has been bouncing around in my head for the past few weeks now. I've grown quite fond of him X3

He's actually a really old character from like years ago. I've drawn him before but it was.. bad and he's been totally revampped to the point where they're barely even the same character anymore and I don't want to post the link to the old picture X'D The reason why he has his hand out like that shall remain a mystery for right now XP

So yes, this is Volition, but most people call him Will.
