A stun kiss to throw him off? Yeah, but that was in Sonic X, in which he was fighting her in a tournament. In Sonic Battle, in Tails' story, Rouge kisses him AFTER the battle with her. She was either being sweet, or flirting, as usual.

Hmm... the only critque I have is the shading. The shadows are somewhat abrupt. Don't be discouraged though, I did not do this well when I started with photoshop
