Your technique is much more refined on this piece! I see parallels between Sunset and Evening, but I can't help but wonder if this piece was done later than the first. Much improved.

As I mentioned in Evening, the clouds seem a little formless. However, they are far more natural than before! Once again, I would suggest looking at Bob Ross or online tutorials. I know clouds can be difficult! I appreciate the bright, natural colors and beautiful gradient sky. The stars, too, were a nice touch.

Have you tried messing with the rule of 3rds? Sometimes, an art piece is far more interesting when the subject of the is not front and center. Try offsetting a character to the left or right sometime, you might like it!

Don't be scared of adding in some scenic context, like trees, buildings, or other items. That can really add some flavor! Of course, I am not a digital artist, so that may be easier said than done.

Once again, my only true question is why I should care about the piece, or at least, why I should linger. The scene is beautiful and serene, but what's the story? Who is this mystery character? What are they feeling? Where are they? Why are they looking at a sunset - Are they off on an adventure? Relaxing after a long day of work? Scared of the future? Having some kind of story or scene of lasting impact, even if the hints are subtle, will cause the audience to linger and think about the piece more than just, 'oh, that's pretty!' That's a skill I'm still working on myself.

All I can say is... I love the puffiness and detail of the clouds, apart from the simplicity of it overall.
