I think women should get a choice. If they get raped, why should they be forced to have the baby?
Also, a lot (I mean a lot) of people say it is "killing" the baby. first off, it is a fetus. Second off, the abortion is done when the baby hasn't completely formed. If the baby is formed, then it is illegal.

Well, there may be a lot of factors. We shouldn't judge a person without knowing their personal and living situation, their mental stability and their beliefs.

Maybe they didn't use protection, not because they didn't want to, but because they weren't taught about it. It is a common problem on lots of countries nowadays.
If they didn't want to use protection, then it is the couple's fault and it is a clear irresponsobility.

In that case, supposing the parents (both, not only the mother) knew about protections and don't have economical problems, then aborting would totally be up to them. They could choose to abort, give birth or give the baby in adoption.
The decision is personal and nobody can tell any couple or mother what they should do. Even if you don't approve it or you don't like it, the decision is not yours and you cannot change other's lives.
The best you can do is to move on and or you'd be swallowing your own bitterness all your life.

I can understand that you find the lives are worth to protect. But I am a person that honestly not really cares about humans at all. There are women who are not healthy basically. And there is even a phobia against pregnancy and birth. Or basically pain. I have overweight and diabetes and mental Problems. Ok, I was never pregant so I don't really know how I would feel but the thought makes me seriously unconfortable. I don't know if that would count as too ill for carry it out. I wonder how a doctor would react, when there comes a woman and tell such a case and that she has thoughts every day being seriously afraight of pain and complications. What if they said she has no right? She would be terrified I am sure. A c section doesen't sounds much better to me Your belly is cuttet open o.O because of that I am angry. Perhaps I am was too whiny, but there are people who are very sensitive.
Also I know a case in Irland a woman die because in the hospital an Asket abortion was reduced because the doctors Made q mistake and didn't realise the complications. That seems a rare case but doctors can make mistake.
