Well that's a very interesting theory though I'm afraid we would newer know the truth! The only person who can distinguish them is Harry! I mean seriously how can he always know who is who, even for example in the 5th book when twins apparated in his and Ron's bedroom at night and Harry could say wich one was sitting on his bed lol
