Description The unwilling object of many affections in my comic, Mye happens to have the problem of not only being a cute little zombie girl, but whenever she sneezes she turns into a lovely bunny-demon, attracting more attention than she wants from the male population of CTV.... The only way she can turn back is by making a potion to reverse it, but whenever she sneezes again she's right back where she started. Hiccups are even worse! She's still getting used to the new body and the attention it gets from "older" men (even though at 324 years of age, she is actually older than most guys that hit on her...)
She has yet to discover the full potential of the demony powers she gets from the form too.
She won't tell strangers her real name in this body either, so she simply goes as "Bunny"

she's purdy *drool*

I can certainly see why she needs to beat the boys off with a stick. I suggest a mace, or a shock-rod, or a spiky silver-plated shock-rod.

The detail around her shoulders looks odd, it appears as if one shoulder joins her neck much higher than the other.

Looking at the hose around her tail, it looks like it's coming apart, I'm reasonably certain that the loose ends would be gathered together to stop them from coming apart, like the top of a pair of pantyhose.

Looking at her wings, when semi-furled, the skin between the spars would probably fold or droop. If nothing else, there should be the same number of feathers on both of her wings, regardless of if they are fully extended or not. On the other hand, that'd be a pain to draw, and she _does_ look nice...

It looks like the tuft of hair on her tail doesn't grow on the portion facing the viewer, though I'd assume that it is meant to go all the way around...

I'm trying to puzzle out how her dress is constucted, if the back of the dress is cut at an angle starting from her pelvis, and ending at the train, with the purple cloth sewn onto the cut, what is holding the back of the dress taught against her thighs. Alternately, if the back is cut starting from, say, her knees, with the purple cloth sewn onto the bottom, hmm... the purple cloth could be cut half-way, with one part sewn onto the back of the dress, and the rest gathered to form the detail on the front; that would work... hmm... still doesn't quite work...

Insert nasty(difficult) questions here about:-
* how she wears non-backless tops while having wings
* how her wings work without the inside edge being attached to her body (see bats)
* how the skin that's stretched between the spars in her wings is thick enough to grow feathers in. I'm reasonably certain that bat's wings are made of a very thin piece of skin stretched between the bones, while bird's wings are thicker to be able to support the huge follicles and musculature required to hold onto and manipulate feathers.
* how she has enough muscle-mass to move her wings powerfully enough to fly... (someone worked out, for a human-sized creature to fly, they would need to have such a light skeletal structure, they couldn't stand, for fear of breaking their legs, and they would need a breast-bone on the order of their height, or something like that, and this is after massively reducing the force of gravity)
* how she gets into that getup without the aid of a shoe-horn.

Potential answer: "She's a shape-changing zombie-witch/demon. It's magic. So there! "

The shoulders are indeed off, I didn't use a preliminary sketch for the inking so I couldn't fix that.
As for the dress, all I can say is this is why I'm not a fashion designer...though the part you asked about how it is being held up, it is attached in the back and front where the purple cloth meets, to the corset. The hose on her tail was based on a shirt sleeve of mine, indeed unravelled like that.
I'll keep in mind the wings though, I usually just went on cartoon logic there. Such is the time constraint of updating a comic every day though.

To the questions:
*I wonder that myself, but usually don't do much to change that. A lot of winged characters do the same in other comics...and i got tired of drawing weird straps/buttons on everyt shirt. Now I just go by the idea that the wings are like arms and can be folded manuevered through a sleeve. Depending more on the winged character, however...
*the inside edge is attatched to her back too, it's just very thin. Besides that would look mighty awkward too, if she had wing going from her armpits to her ankles...she wouldn't be able to dress.
*Well, she's not a bat, and the feathers have no real function beside ornamanetation. She's supposed to be a little goofy looking, since it was a mistake.
*she can't fly, so the wings are pretty flimsy.
*vasoline (j/k)

And as for the last part, goodness I hope I don't come off as the type to give a halfhearted response like that! Yes magic is involved, but I'm not the sort of slackoff who will fall back on that to explain all my design flaws. Yes I realize everything is improbable here but a fantasy comic isn't fantasy anymore if everything is perfectly logical. Dang that sounds like a cop out if I ever heard one, I'm sorry. I appreciate the review though, well thought out and informative! Thanks!

Oh yeah, on the subject of the wings, from the point of view of a daily comic, nit-picking to the point of counting feathers is unfair, well, unless you have an inker(ist?) and colourist chained up in a well-lit room full of art supplies...

I think you handled those nasty questions pretty well, I mean, they're questions around as difficult as trying to explain how teleporters or shields could possibly work... as far as I know, the answer star-trek uses is "It's super-science! So there! "...
