It is damn near impossible to make a shot from this perspective look like anything other than something crude that caters to the lowest common denominator but with a combination of composition, depth of field, light and shadows, not to mention a beautiful model, this is a splendid work that beautifully portrays sexuality in a raw (and my opinion, best) form.
