Personality:
With two younger brothers and a strong sense of responsibility, Sora is undoubtedly a "mom-type" friend. She loves taking care of her friends and especially her team, be it by moral support, supplying healthy snacks, or any means of aid she can offer. While the team captain usually keeps her from going overboard, Sora can be a bit overbearing and over the top with her need to help. She's still learning how to support her team without babying them. While she's extremely supportive of pretty much everyone on the team, she does have a tendency to gravitate towards the members she idolizes the most. She keeps track of every little thing regarding the team; each members measurements for uniforms, their strengths, weaknesses, and quirks, athletic supplies, events, budgeting, and anything she can possibly micro-manage. While it is hard for her to turn off her manager-mode, outside of school she's much more relaxed. She enjoys homely hobbies like cooking and baking, loves movies and dramas, and has a slight interest in fashion. From the influence of her brothers, she's skilled at playing video games and enjoys watching horror movies.

It's pretty hard to get on Sora's bad side, but there are definitely clear paths to getting there. Her very deep love and admiration for her team contributes to her competitiveness with other schools, and she's quick to label her team as the absolute best of the best regardless of who she's talking to. Anyone who badmouths her team is getting a long winded rant that's more than a bit excessive. A single snooty player on an opposing team is all it takes for Sora to label the rest of them as enemies. If you've made it on Sora's bad list, she probably won't spare you more than a hard glare and a cold shoulder. In very rare circumstances, she's similar to her foul-mouthed flams.

While Sora is a diehard for her team, she does want to make more friends and expand her life outside of volleyball. It's important to her that she really recognizes her team for their strengths without glorifying them, and she's working hard to get to know the other teams and see them for who they are other than just being competition. Sora wants to grow outside of the flamingo centered world she's in, and hopes it'll improve her skills as a manager and as a person.

Biography:
Sora's had a love for volleyball since early middleschool, but she's terribly unathletic. The only semi-sporty ability she has is running, but she finds track to be too boring and solitary for her tastes. Since she could never be an adequate teammate, Sora applied for the manager position instead. Even though she's not on the court, it makes her feel like she's still part of the team. Her mother is a yoga instructor, so Sora's pretty familiar with techniques to help her team during stretching and warm ups. She's had an interest in health and nutrition since she was young, so she aspires to be something in the medical or physical therapy field.

Healthy snacks, yoga, fuzzy slippers, movie marathons, and being appreciated.

Dislikes:
Neon colors, spiders, winter, when her teammates argue, and when people talk smack about her team.

Mother - Mihara Rumiko (40) : A yoga instructor who doubles as a single mom with three high energy kids; she's undoubtedly the root of Sora's work ethic. She appreciates the hell out of her daughter for stepping up and taking care of the rest of the kids, giving Sora's mom a lot more breathing room and time to relax than she had prior to them getting into their tweens and teens.
Middle Brother - Mihara Shouta (12) : A bit of a loudmouth but a loving kid who listens and learns, Shouta is definitely a classic middle child. He's sarcastic and a bit mischievous, but he tries his best to be there for his siblings and help take care of them as well. Often times he acts like a tough guy, when he's actually a big softie.
Youngest Brother - Mihara Shingo (10) : A complete cutie who's pretty popular at school, Shingo is a soft-eyed soft-voiced soft-smiled sweetheart. He and his brother are both taking their time to try out in several kinds of sports, and they're much better equipped considering they inherited their height from their father and not their on the short side mother. Shingo and Shouta are pretty close and very active, and are very good to their doting big sister.
