This is indeed an awesome picture, but there was so much light around her hands, I'm unable to see what they're doing.
Still, the character is awesome and I like the rain and water effects

TY that was intentional though it was part of the effects tutorial I made this for. I mentioned instances where you don't need to draw the under-thingy (hands in this case)

Probably would have done it a little better if this was a recent work though ^^ (Made it in 2016)
