Wow I haven't been about for a while...well tbh I rarely come on DA anymore lol. Oh well.This is Cynthia (or Shirona if you're in Japan) from Pokemon Diamond and Pearl for the Nintendo DS. She's the Sinnoh Champion with hair the same length as Seph's haha. No idea why but I think she ROCKS OUT LOUD. She is too cool for words!

I actually did the lineart on Paint, perhaps the simplest most boring program on a computer XD, and shaded her in on Photoshop.
