Yeah so i was sitting at work and Josh told me that he was excited about the Terry Pratchett books and wouldn't stop talking about them so i decided to draw something from the books, and what better than the Discworld itself? and, no i had not seen any pictures of the world before i drew this, this is just what i thought of when i read the first book. it took me about 2 hours done with mechanical pencil on regular paper, had a little trouble getting the scan to work tho
just 'cause i was bored i guess

I don't know how the world is supposed to look. I haven't read the book. I do know that this is a splendid sketch with exquisite shading for the time spent on it and the materials used! I really enjoy looking at this. =3

YAY!! lol well i'm glad you like it, apparently though the real discworld has the world on top of the elephants who are much bigger and on the center of the shell instead of spread out, but yays!

This is still awesome... I do want to work on a collab with you sometime when we're both not so busy, and I don't have a to do list. ^ ^;;

Okie. I'll note you with some ideas I come up with... And I'll write them down in the notebook thingy. =3 That way you can read over it and pick one. 
In the case of doodling. I say we both do a random doodle kind of thing and then we'll look at both the doodles and choose which one to work with. Sound good?

lol um sure? dunno what i'd do for a doodle tho, all i seem to be able to come up with lately is chibi or silly faces X.x, i think once i get my comp up and running and have all my artwork posted i'll get more ideas for a collab? 'cause right now my mind just seems kinda blank :/

AHAHAAH you elephants look squished!! XD at firs ti was like, wait arent there sposed to be 4 elephants?, and then i saw thema nd was like 'omg so smaaalll!!!' <3 its cute!!!! XD
but no, actually, i REALLY like the way you did this. and the turtle looks fantastic. <3 way to go! i like the fog stuff too. it really looks great. <3
