Old version here:OTP (One True Pairing); Sci-Sunlight/SciSet (Sci-Twi and Sunset Shimmer): I already mentioned why I like this pairing, but to put it short, Sci-Twi is my favorite character of the franchise while Sunset is probably my second. The main reasons why I love this pairing because they both look awesome together, they both have similar personalities and past. I think Sunset Shimmer can teach Sci-Twi how to be stronger and I think Sci-Twi can maybe help with Sunset's temper? I think both of them would be more happy with each other than with Timber or Flash (even though I do love SciFlash). Speaking of...

Most Liked Pairing; Sci-Flashlight/SciFlash (Sci-Twi x Flash Sentry): I think this pairing had a lot of potential and could have worked out. Sci-Twi probably doesn't like Flash now, but who's saying that she could never like him? Plus, Flash probably is still a stereotypical rocker boy, but he is gentle, kind and sweet. Plus he has other interest other than being into music (he's into science and cooking). Not to say that Timber isn't like that. He is nice, but he seems too cocky and egotistical for the shy, sweet and gentle Sci-Twi.
Like I mentioned before, Sci-Twi and Timber Spruce aren't that much of a prefect match and they moved WAY TO FAST for them to be ready to swat spit in the same movie that they first met in. Also, as others stated, Timber's appearance was POINTLESS (other than shoving another love interest in the protagonist face). Sci-Twi had other matters to deal with in Legend Of Everfree. Why mix her anxiety, fear and problems with a boy who makes NO impact on the story at all? People can say that the same thing happened with Flash, but at least Flash and Princess Twilight only stayed friends until she didn't appear anymore AND Flash actually HELPED a little bit in the first movie.
I'm not trying to make Timber look bad (because Flash isn't that great in canon neither) but I just think Sci-Flash is better compared to Sci-Timber. People can say what they want about the original Flashlight, but AT LEAST they wasn't all over each other. Also, people can also say what they what about Flash only being into Sci-Twi because she's Princess Twilight human counterpart, but that doesn't mean things won't change? Maybe Flash can LEARN that despite Sci-Twi NOT being like Princess Twilight, he still likes Sci-Twi for who she is.
Flash could have gotten development, but the writers waited SO LATE for it. I've seen a leaked episode where Sci-Twi helps Flash with his homework, so there's a little bit of development between them there. At least if they never be, at least they could be friends.

Most Neutral Pairing; StarSet (Starlight Glimmer x Sunset Shimmer): I do like Starlight and Sunset and I guess they could be a good pairing, but I really don't see the appeal of this pairing. It seems like people only ship them just for lesbian ships or because their both students of Twilight Sparkle. It reminds me of Sunlight (Pony Twilight x Sunset Shimmer). I'm just neutral.
Honorable Mentions: SunAria, SonataFlash, Lemonata, Flashlight, SunFlash (but I mostly think it's ok)
Most Disliked Pairing; TimberTwi (Timber Spruce x Sci-Twi): My feelings for TimberTwi goes back and forth, but I have to say that now I might officially dislike TimberTwi. I think Timber his self is OK, but I mostly dislike this pairing because the pairing seems to come out to nowhere, without even giving Sci-Flash a chance. In my opinion, even though I do think the pairing is cute and they do have some development, Timber is kind of egotistical and tries too hard to impress Sci-Twi while Sci-Twi seems a bit too shy and tries way too hard to flirt back with Timber, making her act ooc when she’s around him when she seems more awkward/shy in personality. The pairing seems way too forced, considering what the 4th movie was about.
It seems like that Timber is really only there just to be Sci-Twi’s new love interest and replace Flash, which is unfair to Flash and his character. Flash has been there from the beginning.

NOTP; Gloriosa Daisy and Filthy Rich: Again, Where the hell did this come from??? One, isn't Gloriosa younger than Filthy Rich? Also two, HE'S MARRIED! Even if they was the same age or he wasn't married, I still wouldn't ship them. It seems like Filthy Rich is still an ass in this universe. Hell, he's part of the reason why Camp Everfree was about to go down!

Cute & Innocent Pairing; Flashlight (Pony Twilight x Flash Sentry): I think they are ok, it's just I ship Sci-Twi x Flash more since it can work. Twilight is a pony princess from another world who also seems interested in the other Flash. It also seems that she will be busy with her royal duties back in Equestria. It's not going to work well with her and human Flash.

Sin Pairing; SunDagio (Sunset Shimmer x Adagio Dazzle): I really like this pairings, however I mostly like it because I see as Sunset reaching out to Adagio and redeeming her (I actually pretty much prefer Sunset reaching out to The Dazzlings to redeem them than with Sci-Twi). Besides that, I most like this ship because I see both of them as badass, devilish and rebellious girls who's possible relationship could be...very interesting. I see art of them during "naughty" things all the time and I love them.

Guilty Pleasure Pairing; SunFlash (Sunset Shimmer x Flash Sentry): I must admit, I really like this one and I think it could work! If Sci-Flash won't happen, then I think this is the next best thing. I know they dated before, Flash broke up with her and Sunset only dated him to be more popular, but Sunset changed. She's not the bitch that she was before! I think they will be cute together and they have some things in common! It seems like that they will only be friends, but I hope they are going with something here.

Even though this mostly comes from fanfiction, I like the potential of these Rainboom and Dazzling friendships. The ones that I'm mostly into (and want to happen SO BAD) is Pinkie Pie and Sonata Dusk, Rainbow Dash and Aria Blaze, and Sunset Shimmer and Adagio Dazzle. Sonata would be the easiest to redeem, with the help of the girls (mostly Pinkie Pie). I feel like Pinkie Pie and Sonata would be great friends, since they have similar personalities. Aria would be the in-between (a little difficult, but not so hard) to redeem, with the help of the girls (mostly Rainbow Dash). I see Rainbow and Aria as friends and possible rivals, competing all the time with various things and with Rainbow's influence, I feel like it gives Aria more to do and occupied with that empty feeling inside. Lastly, Adagio would be the hardest to redeem (mostly of the help of Sunset Shimmer.
I think Sunset and Adagio might be the closest of them all, sharing similar experiences as bullies, villain and evil demons. They both seem that they wanted power when they was evil and Sunset could help and comfort Adagio and show her the way. Of course it's not going to be easy, but I think it could work. I'm starting to doubt that the Dazzlings will ever come back, but I really hope so. And if they do, I hope they get redeemed (and I hope the redemption isn't rushed or doesn't make sense just because it's a kids show
). Just Friends; Sunlight (Sunset Shimmer x pony Twilight Sparkle): Similar reasons with Flashlight, I don't think this can really work out even if it's cute. Also, I see them more as a Teacher-and-Student relationship. I feel like people only ship them because they would be lesbians

Most Overrated Pairing; Pairings between the Dazzlings, including with each other: I used to be a fan of SonaAria, but it's been officially stated that all the Dazzlings are sisters!

Most Underrated Pairing; TimberShy (Timber Spruce x Fluttershy): In canon, Fluttershy x Timber Spruce never interacted, but due to personality and subtext, I think this pairing had potential. I feel like they've got much more complementary personalities that could play off one another; Timber could've learned to tone down his ego thanks to Fluttershy's gentle influence, while in return Timber's confident ways could've potentially helped Fluttershy learn to be more assertive than she is now. Also, Timber lives in nature, while Fluttershy loves it and the animals that live in it. It's also different and new, considering it's always the protagonist that gets the love interest all the time
Sometimes I feel like that Sci-Twi x Timber only happened to replace Flashlight/Flash and that Sci-Twi is the main character.

I agree with you about how forced & unrealistic 'Sci-Twi X Timber' was, honestly even an EQG version of the 'Pinkie Pie X Cheese Sandwich' ship would have worked out a-whole-lot better, like if they made the LoE Movie were a second bunch of students from a different school in a different town/city came to Camp Everfree along side the Canterlot High students, and among those other students from the other school was an EQG Teenage Cheese Sandwich, and when he & Pinkie interacted & spoke about being Party Planners, they just hit it off like they were made for each other, arguably that statement may be taken quite literally.
