Heres some more wolfquest art! So, this piece goes a bit deep into the lore of my wolfquest packs. I'll try to explain the story of my pack lore.
So, in the first litter I raised with my founders, Lark and Dust, i was able to successfully keep 3 of my pups alive. These surviving pups were Night, Thunder, and Honey. Unfortunately, the fourth pup, Raven, was killed off by a cougar. My second litter was a lot more difficult, and only one pup, Fire, survived. The pups who died were Azure, Dove, and Mallow. So, in all, 4 pups survived and 4 died. I came up with an idea where each survivor was spiritually bound to one of the dead pups. Each surviving pup started their own pack, and each pack worshipped their alpha's paired sibling. The dead pups became gods and goddesses. Raven, the black wolf with red markings, was paired with Fire, who started the FireFrost pack. Honey paired with Mallow, the brown wolf with green marks, to create the HoneySuckle pack. Thunder, the founder of the ThunderStrike pack, was paired with Dove, the light tan wolf with yellow markings. Azure, the gray pup with blue marks, joined with Night to build up the NightGlow pack. Raven, as a very strong, bold pup, became the goddess of hardship, bravery, and strength. Mallow is god of peace, nature, and gentleness. Dove, who had been sickly at birth, became goddess of rain, afterlife, and the dead. Azure is a goddess of stars, wind, sky, and light. Under the four pups of the beyond, the four packs flourished and grew.
