One of the three main OC I had for Ninja Storm
After the defeat of Lothor, Kanoi Watanabe and... wathever the Thunder Academy Sensei was named.... contacted the rest of the Academies to make sure everyone was okay, and realized they needed to preempt anything of the sort of happening again, and thus, they decided to forget about old rivalries and set up a "school for rangers" were the other Ninja Academies would send their best students to the Wind Ninja Academy to train under the tutelage of the ex-Ninja Rangers.

Sally Chan(Sally Martin/Jason Chan) was choosen for the Metal Ninja Academy to learn the ways of rangerism, and was sent along with the Purple Morpher.
She's a no-nonsense girl who takes things too seriously, and sometimes comes out as a bore, but is a good ninja, and the other students almost immediately looked up at her as their unofficial leader.
She made fast friends with Pua(Pink Ranger) and Glenn(Grey Ranger) Or rather, Pua made friends with both of them and never let go.

Her element is Metal, her color is purple(duh...) her ranger weapon are butterfly knives and her zord is Butterfly shaped.

In "Growing Storm" she feels guilty about Glenn's being beaten and kidnapped by Corona and has nightmares about it.

Yes, I sorta borrowed her theme of "Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon" of Sailor Moon
