Wow this is so cute, I love it there's not really much to say so I'm just going to point out stuff I notice, you really don't need this but here you go
first, I think she needs some eyebrows XD
what else well the line are a bit shaky and you should use darker shading colors you shade pretty well, it just needs to be seen.
your good at drawing detail so that's good
your proportions are pretty good maybe you could to draw folds in the clothes to give more debth
and maybe shade different parts of the picture with different texture
