I've really wanted to draw Blair for a while. She was one of the funniest characters in Soul Eater.I really needed a break from all of the vocaloid fanart I've drawn non-stop. The only downside is that I couldn't make this size 150x150 her hat was too big. Well, you can still use her cat form as a pagedoll.

You animate it by drawing frames of the movement. There's plenty of tutorials on dA how to do it, just search for what exactly you want.

Hmm where to start. Well, the most important part is to draw a few key frames.
I can already tell that you have used too many frames in your icon, that's why the blinking animation is so slow. I usually use three frames for the blinking - a frame where the eyes are fully open, another frame where they are slightly squinted and a final frame where they are closed. It all also depends on how fast you want to change your frames.
The key to this is to study how other artists animate or search up some tutorials. That's how I learned.

Took me the whole day to finish this. I originally wanted to add a swishing tail for Blair's human form, but I messed up the animation and I had to remove it. If I wasn't so lazy I could have just re-done it and then it could have been more animated.
