Tumblr post: rhearenee-magane.tumblr.com/poβ¦Danny Phantom was one of the first fandoms I ever started drawing something for, but for some reason I never continued, thus this is the first DP piece in my gallery. I've wanted to draw Ember for a while, she's definitely an impactful character. This cartoon all over ranks in my top 3 favorite cartoons. I daydreamed a lot about having Danny's powers as well

She had one of the cooler designs.
It kind of threw me off, because there is no purple trail over her face, so it looks like it's going behind her head, and I was trying to figure out how she moved her arm from her guitar and around her head.

I erased the purple on her face cause then it would look wonky. It's still supposed to go over her face, but with less emphasis.

That what I assumed. Β If it streaked over like that it would look odd. Β A light streak might work, though as it is, my eyes automatically put the path behind her head. Β Hard for me not to see that. Β Β
Still, her expression is too perfect, maybe best not to risk smearing it. Β

I grew up to Danny Phantom, and if I had to pick a favorite character from that show, Ember would take the cake. Especially considering the full version of her song Remember, which gives her a more elaborate backstory and a reason for being a ghost (something I think few, if any, other ghosts in that show have). And you drew her beautifully here. Amazing job!~

I do not have clear memories of Hex girls, watched Scooby Doo long time ago and I use to watch it when I was kinda sleepy lol but my fav is by far the K-On girls, HTT band.

I've honestly mostly have seen only the original run of Scooby Doo. I found out about Hex Girls by accident when I was browsing YT.
I watched a few episodes of K-On a long time ago before the series bored me out and I never looked back at it again. Though I do remember that I liked that bass guitar girl.

Original run, then you must be pretty close to my age. Loved the original one. The new ones sucked big time actually. Scooby Doo is a classic trying to modernize it was a big mistake.
Β Oh well K-On is one of my fav but it can bore people out I understand its slow paced

The original run was in 1969, even my mum was a toddler back then hahaha ( checked on Wikipedia) so yeah I also watched it on re runs. There was another show if you remember, The Jetsons and it was by far my fav, never liked Flinstones though
Β Thinks have changed drastically over the years if you remember ur childhood days, back then things were simple but now don't ask, so much glamor and show in everything. I personally admire simplicity more than anything
