It's Mami Tomoe. Fairly enough, I think that she's the most popular one from the show, despite the fact that she died really fast.

Most of the time she ends up dead. There were a few time lines where she lived and a few where she got killed or killed herself and others, so it's kind of hard to say that she's actually dead, Homura keeps everything in a loop.

That sounds like comedy. I don't have a twisted sense of humor but an adult show called South Park kinda does that to one character.

It's far from being comedy. Actual genres for it are horror, tragedy, fantasy and so on.Β
In the main time line, which was shown in most of the anime episodes Mami died at the third episode. I only know those other facts I mentioned before about her 'cause at episode ten we saw that Homura keeps going back in time to prevent Madoka from dying, which also resulted in different time lines and different fates for the girls.
I've heard of that South Park, I think that it was pretty popular as well, though the art and over all design for it sucks. That's why I'm not even trying to start watching it, plus I really haven't seen it on tv, so yea, haven't seen a single episode.

I don't really watch South Park, but since it's super popular here, my friends talk about it sometimes. And yeah, the quality is way below, but that's part of the comedy, I think. :P

Not really, I think it was only 12 episodes. Plus three films. Dunno if the last film is out yet, but I heard that it was supposed to be a new-story - the first two films are just a compilation of the episodes.

Hmm. Well, I need a new anime to watch. Something that's at least 75 episodes long. I was watching Avatar (I know it's not an anime) but it left me wanting for more. I need an adventure one. I love Naruto but I hate waiting, so I'll continue watching that until it's actually over.

I'm not really a long anime watcher 'cause for obvious reasons, so I don't really know that many animes. There's D.Gray-man, it's somewhere around 300 episodes long.
