I so agree. Castiel has done so much for the brothers and they don't even give him a thank you. He's even died twice for them. (And when he died for the first time, after Chuck told them, all Dean could say was "Cas you stupid bastard.") No wonder Cas was working with Crowley behind their backs. But he is working with him for good reasons, which may not make it "ok", but the brothers have both screwed up just as bad in the past.
