Still thinking about keeping that character in my story... Since that's a copyrighted character, I don't want to be sued by SquareEnix if the stories are getting famous one day.
That's why I thinking or to change some of his features and his name, or so simply remove his minor role from my story...
I would love to keep him in the Cursed's trilogy, he's the very first character I ever drew back to the year 1994, but... Law is the law, I'm not the owner of the copyrights of that dragon.

La première version de Bothan est apparu en 2001 mais était plutôt masculine avec une coupe de.... punk!
En 2003 je l'avais féminisé d'avantage par changement successifs de coiffures et je l'ai affiné au niveau corporel.
Vers 2005, j'ai fini par trouvé sa forme actuelle ainsi que son pelage blanc (qui était bleu auparavant).
Aujourd'hui, je compte lui redonner les cheveux blancs - bleu céranien qu'elle avait fin 2006, avec quelques pointes bleu Roy qu'elle a aujourd'hui.
... Un perso en perpétuel changement donc...
Le dragon de Mana vient d'un jeu anthologique sur la Super Nintendo : Secret of Mana, sorti en 1995. Le premier perso que j'ai dessiné, non stop depuis 1995 jusqu'en 2001, où Bothan l'a détroné!

Bothan a hérité de ses oreilles, plus ou moins. Si j'ai laissé les oreilles bleues à bothan, c'est effectivement en souvenir de Flammy.

i know your concerned about your characters clashing with copyrights with SquareEnix but just as long as you clearly state that the copyright of there original character design belongs to them, it should be alright

Actually, and as long as I don't have any benefits like sales or something like that on my art and its story, that's right. But the day I'll earn my life by drawing comic (and I SO WANT to achieve that goal), then that will certainly be another problem...
