I was never really a fan because he's more in the background and you don't know as much about him, but hell any of the Cullen guys would be great!

But yah...Emmett is by far my favourite of the cullen boys. I love his sence of humour. Edward is great, but I think he is a little overrated sometimes. Perfect? Yes. But perfect is not always a good thing in my opinion. I tend to gravitate towards the funloving guys... Like Emmett and Jacob. I can never seem to draw Jacob well though. *sigh*

Yea, everyone drools over Edward, and that's all fine and dandy, and I understand the vampire human thing is a bit difficult, but no girl REALLY wants to be treated like she's gonna break.
