One thing for sure, Peri have her head in the clouds, constantly. Leading quite a stressful life, especially after her father's death, Peri oftentimes escapes to the sanctuary that is her own mind, daydreaming about the rich land under and across the sea and the land before time. Hoping and wishing to be there. While not having her head stuck in the clouds, Peri is an independent lady and a hardworking one. She is always wishing to travel the world and she made sure to do equal job to make sure her dream of travelling will one day come true, of course, by working. At the same time, she is quite an adventurer. Peri found herself to be more 'alive' adventuring around abandoned ruins with Sock than working in the inn. AT this time, Peri would show another side of her that is more to a cheerful and driven girl. Always havin opinion on how the society worked before in the ruins they visited.

History ::

Born as a civilian on Seattle beach. Peri's young life are filled with normalcy. Her parents loved her and always gave her the best they can gave, even though Peri knew they somehow wished for a son who could at least look after her when they are gone. Either way, Peri grew up happily, until her father left her to play alone in an abandoned ruins when she is 12. Young Peri saw a trail of blood and following it, she finally found a bleeding boy who refused to speak with her. Young Peri had not known of stranger danger, and she coaxed the boy to follow her home to treat his wounds. Imagine her parent's surprise when Peri brought in the strange boy. At first, they are wary of the silent boy, but soon enough, Peri's father softened up and let the boy, Sock, stayed. Peri never had a playmate before and she grew up happily with Sock, treating him like a friend and brother both, teaching him words and coaxing him to explore the ruins. Two years after Sock arrival, her father left like he usually would to visit his friends in neighboring city. It is something usual for them to see the father off for a week or so. But unfortunately, this time, Peri's father left for the last time. Only his acquaintance returned with the father's horse, claiming that he had been killed by bandits. After years of happiness, Peri had never thought this day would finally arrive.

Dark clouds hanging over the Michael humble residence after the sudden news. Peri, at that time still a young 14 year old lady, could not comprehend the sudden grim that flocked over her house. Her mother fell into depression and young Sock refused to speak once more, leaving her alone in presence of flesh dolls that she used to call family. At first, Peri tried to cope with her family, soon enough Peri started to spend more time working, both as a way to escape her grim home as well as trying to collect enough money to feed her family. At young age, Peri had not realized she had taken the place as the family's head. It is until a few months later she could no longer take it. Peri then decided to resume her father's job as fishermen to support her family. She had never sail a boat alone before and it ultimately ended with the girl being swept away by the raging waves. Lost in the sea, Peri realized she felt completely and utterly alone for the first time after her father's death. She missed her family and despises the miserable condition they are in now. Finally giving up on trying to row her boat back to the shore, she just curls inside the boat and hoped at least the sea would take her somewhere she can be happy again.

It is then she heard her name being called by Sock, the mute Sock who refused to speak eversince her father died. It is also what made her stand up again and she found Sock already coming to her rescue in their neighbour's boat. A tearful reunion and Peri never cried that much since she first hurt herself.
"You idiot, why would you do this?" asked Sock.
"Because you wouldn't." replied Peri.

Years passed, Peri, Sock and their mother started to fix their broken family and rebuild what is left after their father died. Peri grown into a young charismatic lady, yet her head still in the air and Sock grown into a respectable young man. Their life had just started and the two children, now adults, seek out for more meaning of life that exists outside their home. They often ventured the ruins around Seattle and are always chased back by Mutt if they get home too late.

- Peri graduated from school and have been working in the inn for two years now.

Mutt - Her caretaker. Peri's mother often seek Mutt's help to find Sock and Peri when they started to come back late from their exploration. The man ends up always having to chase the two kids back home for years. Even if Peri hated Mutt, she secretly liked the old man and always treated him in her inn's bar.
