Decade beats Zi-O, Diend beats Geiz, but Woz beats Kuuga. (It's Onodera, he's got no chance.)

Decade and Diend have much more experience in battle than Zi-O and Geiz. This was shown throughout Zi-O when Decade would show up out of nowhere and mop the floor with them. Diend did the same, with his Rider summoning throwing Woz and Geiz for a loop.Β
Also, while Rising Ultimate has great power, I don't think Onodera has the skill to wield it to its true potential. If it were Godai, Woz would lose, but Onodera has no chance.

There are some Avengers who could stand toe-to-toe with most Riders, Thor, Cap. and Iron Man, especially, but Ex-Aid has Muteki and Oma Zi-O is basically Thanos, so.. yeah... tough one.
