This is beautiful. The detail on Cobra Commander, especially his cape, is wonderful--as is on Starscream's cockpit.
Whether or not you meant it to be, it's a very touching tribute to Chris Latta's most well known characters, and I can't wait to see if you colour it. Great job!

great work those are some clean lines there! but shouldnt it be destro with starscream? i mean starscream is the lieutenant to megatron and destro was C.C's lieutenant...and they both thought they should be the general too.

I've always been a fan of the Starscream/Cobra Commander voice. I thought it gave them a very distinctive sound

... oOoh, Headmaster Starscream with his binary bonded partner... Cobra Commander... Just think they wouldn't need a second voice actor, make it feel like the original cartoons 
Of course, I firmly believe that without the lines, art is nothing, I refuse to take credit for lines since I can't draw for peanuts
