its a chat on dA that you can talk in with one or more friends
it doesn't work on phones tho
you can create your own chatroom by clicking on the button above that says "more" and then you'll have lots of options 
just click on the one that says " chat" and then on the side you have a button saying "create new chatroom"
you click on it that dA will direct you to the chat that you created
to invite a friend to come to your chat:
you just copy the link of the chat and paste it on a comment or a note so your friend can click on the link to go to the same chat as you
